  Dennis James Adams age 63 of Snellville, Ga passed Friday April 18, 2014. Mr. Adams was a Veteran of the United States Army, a leader with the Boy Scouts of America, and an avid bowler. Surviving are wife: Vickie Diamond Adams of the home, daughter: Charity H. (Dee) Claborn of College Park, GA, Son: James M. (Rachael) Adams of Snellville, GA , Sister: Mary Elizabeth Beam of Griffin, GA, Grandchildren: Lilyana and Domino Claborn, Brad, Kyle, and Tripp Donahue. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from the Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel 1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain ,GA 30086. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from six until eight on Tuesday evening. Interment will follow in the Fairview Memorial Gardens, with Military Honors provided by the United States Army. Wages & Sons Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Dennis James Adams.

We only met him twice…once at your Rehearsal Dinner and then again at your wedding… He must have been a wonderful human being to have raised you along with your Mother…we all learn what we live and you and Dee are such dear and thoughtful people…again we are so sorry for your loss.

  6. Aunt Vickie and family my prayers and thoughts are with yall. Uncle Dennis will be gteatly missed. He was the best father figure in my life. I sit back rember when he was there for prom, graduation, summer vacations, walking me down the aisle, and most of being a awesome granddy to Brad&Kyle. We love you!
