We are celebrating the life of our beautiful son and brother David Paul Williams. We are celebrating his kindness, his goodness, his radiant smile, his charisma, his infectious humor and contagious laughter, and all the joy he brought into our lives for the past 23 years. We are thankful for every moment he gave us and honored to call him brother and son-the final corner to complete the square of our family of four.
David Paul was a caring young man; he wanted to be in a profession that helped others. After completing his associates at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Ga he went on to join the Gwinnett County Fire Department where he completed a grueling 16 month training and became a fire medic for Gwinnett County Fire Department.
He then went on to pursue a different job that afforded him more freedom in his schedule and less mental stress in the city of Chamblee as a code enforcement officer which he did until his passing for the past year.
David Paul was an astounding citizen and a diligent worker. He never missed a day of work. He was committed to working hard and living a wholesome and peaceful life. He was truly a kind spirited young man who cared so much.
He was only 4 years younger than his older sister and they grew up very close. He was an amazing brother, Queen’s baby brother, and her best friend.
David Paul was a lover of knowledge, he loved world history and had an appreciation for different cultures. He absolutely loved anime and one of his favorites was Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure! He loved collecting Marvel memorabilia and he loved EDM music and truly had a unique and fun sense of style.
He will be remembered for his brilliant smile, for his laughter, and for the light he brought into a room and into his friends and family’s hearts. He is leaving a legacy of being the one to always start the conversation in a room or lighten the mood, and for his funny and contagious catchphrases. He has impacted so many friends and his family and he will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his Father, David Lee Williams, Mother, Thomasina Williams, and sister, Matana Queen Williams.
David Paul we love you.
Forever, and always.
You will never be forgotten and you will always live on in our hearts.

My other daughter, Thomasina, please know I love you. My heart is hurting for you and your family. I am praying for us all. God is close to the brokenhearted Psalm 34:18,19.
I recall when I visited last at your home how much I enjoyed interacting with David and the rest of the family. David was always pleasant, respectable, kind and had such a beautiful smile. I will always cherish that. He will be truly missed by us all.
