margaret (margie) sinnott

March 5, 1935 ~ April 28, 2023

Born in: Manhattan, New York
Resided in: Lawreneville, Georgia

Margaret (Margie) Mary Sinnott died April 28,2023. Margie was a loving mother, wife, sister, sister in law, Aunt, and friend.

Margie was born in New York, New York in 1935. In spite of living in Georgia for 39 years, she would remind you often that she was a “New Yorker”!

Although she had many jobs throughout the years, the one she was most proud of was working at Publix. She loved people and being a cashier at Publix was a wonderful way for her to connect with strangers (some of whom later became her good friends).

She was a champion when Publix was fund raising for the March of Dimes campaign.

She volunteered for many years at St Vincent de paul Thrift Store in Lilburn. At that time she was a devout member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Lilburn.

Margie loved family gatherings very much. Her family will cherish her sense of humor (sometimes over the top) and giving nature.

Margie is predeceased by her husband Daniel Sinnott, and her brother, Billy Cronin.

Margie is survived by her sister Angela, her children Therese, Peggy, Rita, and Danny, her grandchildren Keith, Michael, Thomas, Karl Jr, Kevin, Kaitlin, Kiersten, and Annalise, her great grandchildren Maddie, Kylie, Dylan, Noah, AJ, Shonah, Izzi, Shea, Esme, TJ, Angela, Mia, Tinsley, Kolby, Tessa, Trey, Chico.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be mailed to the Lazarus Ministry, 319 Grayson Highway Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
