  1. Carrie, I am so sorry to hear this news. Your mom was one of my beloved teachers. You and the family are in my prayers.

  2. CandleImageDavid, Ame and Carrie, I am saddened to hear that your mom and one of my teachers has passed. She was loved by many and I will truly miss her, our chats, her words of encouragement she would give me and my messages she would often leave on FB. Take your rest Mrs. Duan (Blake).

  3. CandleImageMy thoughts and prayers to the family. She was such a lovely person. I enjoyed knowing her as my teacher and as a great Educator.

  4. CandleImageIt’s with a broken heart that I leave this message for an amazing woman, mom and teacher who I always referred to as Miss D. She was truly a pleasure to be around. Our friendship went so much further than just school with my friend David.D being her son. Besides being my teacher, she was very much like a mother to me. Miss D was a brilliant vocational teacher. She always taught us what we needed to know and what would be expected of us out here in this world.
And that has very much helped me to this very day.
I recently sent a message saying (Hi my favorite teacher) She replied back with a heart.
My thoughts and prayers go out to each one of her kids, grand kids, and love ones. She truly made a difference in so many of our lives and what is loved about so many.
May you rest in heaven. Miss D 🙏💔

  5. I knew Pat from North Miami High School as a fellow cheerleader. We also attended North Dade Christian Church together as CYFers:) She was always outgoing and joyful with a great smile! My last contact with Pat was at our 50th high school reunion in 2008. I am saddened to hear of her passing, but know she is with God now in Heaven…praise:)
My warm sympathy to Woody, Sharon, and Kathy and all her lovely family.
