Everything happened so fast, I was thinking you were enjoying your retirement and all of sudden this terrible news. Phil just want to let you know that you will be missed and that my family and I will pray for your eternal rest. Thank you Phil for the opportunity you gave me to be part of a magnificent Company and outstanding team.
My sincere Condolences.
Light to Phil’s path. Grateful to meet him.
With deepest sympathy as you remember Phil.
Sending lots of love to Kim, Jonathan and Ryan during this heavy time. Also his sister Joyce who he spoke so much about and said she was the best sister and was like a mom to him. He wanted to give you so much back for all you’ve done for him. He was a proud dad and husband and a GREAT person.
My heartfelt condolences to Kim, Jonathan and Ryan.
Have had the pleasure of working with him closely last few years and have heard so much about the family. He always used to talk about Jonathan and Ryan with such pride.
May God give the necessary strength to the family.
I just made a video to send him the last team’s message last month.
Everything in this life is impermanent. Everything we spend just like yesterday.
May time will heal the family.
R.I.P.
Grateful that I had such a wonderful manager.
My deepest condolences to the entire family.
Before I left Oracle in 2016, Phil was my manager for a short time. After I returned in 2020 I sometimes had contact with Phil.
I thought it was so great he decided to retire to do the things that he wanted to do, do some work around the house and have time for family. But unfortunately he was given only a few months to do so.
Kim, Jonathan and Ryan, I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences to you and the rest of the family.
Regards,
Anja (Oracle, the Netherlands)
My deepest condolences to the family.
RIP Phil
May his Soul Rest in Peace
As an Oracle customer, I had to work with Phil regularly. It was really a great guy, and it was a pleasure to work with him.
My sincerest condolences for the family at this time. It is often hard to find the right words at a time like this. You have my deepest sympathy and unwavering support.
I have had the pleasure of working with Phil for past four years. He was a really great person, always so kind and willing to help.
I was so happy for him to hear that he is retiring, to take the time to spend with family and enjoy every moment after a lifetime of hard work. Unfortunately this time was way too short!
May Your Soul Rest in Peace, Phil!
I worked with Phil for more than 15 years, and had the privilege of getting to know him pretty well! Phil managed the Atlanta Support team, while I managed the Dallas Support team (for a number of years), so we talked a lot. Phil was an excellent manager, and was dedicated to his craft.
Over the years, I also got to learn about his family, and how much he loved them! He was such a proud father and husband. Phil and I spoke the week prior to his retirement and he expressed how much he wanted to spend more time with his family, and how he wanted to travel more to see other family members. He was excited, and I wished him well. I told him how much he was going to be missed, and even teased him that I was going to call him during retirement to see if he wanted to return.
I know that his retirement was short lived, but I hope that the days were some of the best of his life! I will truly miss Phil and want to offer my sincere condolences to his family and friends!
May the days, weeks and years ahead bring you comfort and peace, and may he forever live in your hearts and minds!
Rest in Peace!
Reginald Dixon
I worked with Phil for many years. I remember interviewing Phil when he applied at Docucorp which eventually became Oracle. He was a great friend to many and always willing to help.
He was so excited when Jonathan and Ryan were born. He cherished spending time with them. He was also very proud of his sister Joyce and brother Gary and all their accomplishments.
I’m sorry his retirement was so brief. Wishing you peace, comfort, courage, and love at this time of sorrow.
My deepest condolences. I worked with Phil and he was one of the good guys. May he rest in peace.
